Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field; Urology preferred.
• Five or more years of managerial or supervisory experience in a medical practice.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff including managing performance.
• Knowledge of healthcare coding systems and clinic functions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements.
