Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in health care administration or related field.
• Five+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a medical practice, preferably urology.

Responsibilities

• Directs and administers day-to-day operations of urology clinic operations across health center facilities.
• Collaborates with executives and management to create policies and procedures.
• Develops and implements strategic decisions affecting clinical operations.
• Resolves escalated operational issues with other departments.
• Focuses on increasing efficiency of clinical resources and productivity.
• Maintains local clinical operational policies and provides executive advisory on operations.
• Oversees provider utilization reporting and daily operations.
• Ensures alignment of financial goals with performance benchmarks.
• Mentors and coaches staff to build high-performing teams.
