Job summary

Urology-Clinics-of-North-Texas is seeking a Practice Administrator to lead daily clinical operations and drive strategic goals across multiple clinic sites in Texas. The role ensures high-quality patient care, staff oversight, and efficient office management in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will supervise scheduling, billing coordination, compliance with HIPAA/OSHA, and collaboration with physicians and support services, while fostering a patient-centered environment and strong team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years in healthcare management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in EMR and Microsoft Office; knowledge of HIPAA/OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure quality patient care.
• Lead staffing, hiring, training, and performance reviews with HR.
• Manage budgeting, purchasing, inventory, billing, and collections.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and safe, compliant environment.
• Coordinate with physicians and support services; facilitate patient satisfaction.
• Address patient complaints and improve scheduling/workflows.
