You will manage vendor relationships, implement KPI-driven improvements, and guide growth initiatives for the market, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive healthcare operations, business operations, or practice leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multi-site ambulatory operations and related financial functions is highly desirable.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with KPIs, scheduling, and provider utilization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance across all locations; set KPIs and drive accountability through site managers.
• Optimize clinic schedules to maximize patient access and revenue.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and SLAs with finance and procurement teams.
• Develop local market strategies to support growth, integration of acquisitions, and service expansion.
• Lead and develop Clinical and Administrative Managers to build a high-performing operations team.
