Job summary

GI Alliance seeks a Director of Practice Operations Urology to oversee daily clinic operations across multiple health center facilities. You will ensure efficient workflow, revenue capture alignment, and high-quality clinical service delivery under the Senior Vice President of Operations Urology.

You will lead staff, develop strategic operational policies, monitor productivity, and coordinate with executives to meet organizational goals while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient care

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or related field OR 5+ years of practice management experience in a medical practice setting.
• Experience leading and supervising staff in a clinical environment.
• Knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day Urology clinic operations across facilities.
• Partner with finance to ensure accurate revenue capture.
• Lead and coach staff to maintain high quality clinical service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies and capacity planning.
• Monitor productivity and efficiency metrics and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
