Job summary

Valley Health seeks a seasoned Practice Manager to lead daily operations across our UROLOGY Clinic network. You will develop programs to maximize patient access and improve provider efficiency, while ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

You will design staffing structures, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and implement processes that support coordinated care across Valley Health’s physician network and affiliate hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of practice experience required.
• Knowledge of professional coding, billing or revenue cycle preferred.
• ACMPE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of assigned practice locations.
• Develop programs and systems to maximize patient access and provider efficiency.
• Support processes delivering superior patient experience and high-quality care.
• Develop staffing structures to meet goals of high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement and facilitate coordinated care across Valley Health network.
