• Proficient navigation of patient portals and EMR systems.

Responsabilités

• Pre-visit scheduling of appointments, referrals, and tests.
• Register patients with demographics, insurance verification, and MSPQ.
• Handle high-volume check-in/out and phone reception per standards.
• Assist patients with MyChart activation and online check-in.
• Assist with post-visit scheduling and ensure coverage until last patient.
