The University of Kansas Health System Creekwood Family Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support front desk operations, patient scheduling, and MyChart/EMR tasks. You will help create a positive patient journey in a bustling ambulatory clinic.

This part-time role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and a commitment to patient confidentiality as you assist with check-in, insurance verification, and payments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Greet and check in patients at the front desk.
• Answer calls, verify insurance, and handle MyChart/EMR requests.
• Process copay collections and schedule appointments.
• Assist with patient check-in/out and referrals.
• Support care team with patient itinerary and rooming.
