• High School Graduate required.
• Previous related experience preferred for front desk tasks.
• Previous healthcare experience is a plus.

• Greet patients and verify/update information.
• Schedule and cancel appointments and make reminder calls.
• Answer phones, triage information and route calls.
• Collect co-pays and balances and balance daily payments.
• Enter patient data into EMR and maintain accuracy in the medical record.
• Serve as liaison between patient and medical staff and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain front desk and waiting area in a clean, orderly condition.
• Adhere to department policies and participate as a member of the care team.
