The role demands a track record in medical device sales leadership, operating room acumen, and strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to expand surgeons’ utilization of the da Vinci systems.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery sales or 5+ years of clinical sales team management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Operating Room environment.
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process.
• Experience directing a medical device sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Training requirements: ISI field sales management training; interviewing skills.
• Remote field management; implementation of sales processes and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing URO and GYN specialty sales team to exceed market goals.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop sales reps with accountability and integrity.
• Collaborate with CSMs on joint account planning and resource allocation.
• Develop strategic specialty sales plans aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Manage training pipelines and support product education, clinical adoption, and growth.
• Build relationships with hospital stakeholders and drive specialty program adoption.
