Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Manager in Cleveland, OH to lead a high-performing specialty sales team across URO and GYN, driving adoption of da Vinci Surgical Systems.

You will recruit, coach, and develop reps, collaborate with Clinical Sales Managers, and partner with hospital leaders to expand utilization while ensuring compliance and execution of market strategies across assigned territories. This remote role requires frequent cross-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of Operating Room environment required.
• Knowledge of the capital equipment sales process.
• Experience directing a medical device sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Training: Attend ISI field sales management course; interview skills.
• Remote field management; sales process implementation; platform/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing URO and GYN specialty sales team to exceed market goals.
• Hire, coach, and develop sales representatives and associates.
• Collaborate with overlapping CSMs on joint planning and resource allocation.
• Support product education, clinical adoption, and procedural growth.
• Build relationships with hospital stakeholders and OR staff.
• Analyze territory performance and market trends; share insights with CSMs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Develop team members through feedback and field rides.
