Job summary

Ironwood Physicians is seeking a dedicated Urology Front Office professional for our Gilbert, AZ location. This full-time role supports patient coordination, scheduling, payments, and reception duties in a collaborative healthcare team.

You will greet patients, register demographics, verify insurance, manage calendars, and ensure accurate chart documentation, contributing to a patient-centered experience. Experience with medical offices, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication

• Knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients; deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collect, post, and reconcile patient payments; resolve payment issues.
• Register patients and update demographic, insurance, HIPAA, and AOB information.
• Schedule, check in/out patients, manage physician calendars, and arrange follow-up appointments.
• Prepare and send testing procedures; manage paperwork and chart documentation.
• Answer and route calls; monitor faxes and patient callbacks.
• Reconcile daily reports and perform other assigned administrative duties.
