Responsibilities

• Check-in: greet patients and facilitate arrival.
• Check-out: schedule follow-up visits and procedures.
• Insurance verification: confirm coverage and benefits.
• Appointment scheduler: gather new patient info and schedule visits.
• Phone support: take messages and create EMR notes.
• Assist with recalls, imaging, and lab orders as needed.
