Chandler Urology Office is seeking a motivated Front Office professional for a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday in Chandler, AZ. The role involves patient greeting, check-in/out, and managing referrals and authorizations.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of medical front office experience, EMR familiarity, and a high school diploma, with MS Office skills and a friendly, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of medical front office experience.
• Electronic Medical Record experience a plus.
• High School Diploma; additional education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all patients and guests.
• Check patients out at checkout.
• Handle referrals and prior authorizations.
• Assist with patient check-in as needed.
• Run eligibility for all scheduled AHCCCS patients.
• Collect co-pays and daily costs.
• Collect outstanding balances.
• Keep records of patients picking up scripts and records.
• Organize patient charts and encounters for next day.
• Keep lobby neat and organized.
• Make reminder calls for appointments.
• Support the Check-Out Desk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
