Arizona Urology Specialists in Phoenix is seeking a friendly Point of Contact to support front desk operations for physicians, triage calls, document messages in EMR, and help coordinate appointments and tests. You will convey a caring, professional image and ensure accurate patient communication.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 2 years front office experience, and proficiency with medical terminology and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of front office experience, preferably in a medical setting.
• Experience as Medical Assistant or patient assistance center is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Create a positive, professional first impression of the practice.
• Process incoming messages (40-50 per day) from PAC; triage calls per policy.
• Document messages in EMR for physician disposition.
• Contact patients to provide results or discuss status as directed.
• Schedule appointments, labs, radiology; coordinate care with physicians.
