Responsibilities

• Scheduling patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures.
• Collecting copays and deductibles at check-in and bills owed to office.
• Verifying insurance and eligibility; guiding information flow from calls, faxes, scans, and emails.
• Completing medical records transmittals and requests; handling referrals and online referrals.
• Sending/receiving medical record requests; triaging a high volume of questions and concerns.
• Returning a high volume of patient voicemails; triaging calls and routing messages to staff.
