Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Medical Assistant/LPN/RN level professional to support a busy urology clinical and surgical practice.

You will triage patient questions, coordinate scheduling, manage the patient portal, and assist with pre-certifications, results communication, and care coordination. The role requires medical certification with 1–2 years of clinical experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN certification preferred and recommended.
• One to two years of clinical experience advised.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls and clinical questions, using clinical judgement.
• Direct patients on next steps and coordinate with MD when needed.
• Coordinate clinic and surgery scheduling with physician and staff.
• Manage patient portal communications and lab/imaging results.
• Assist with pre-certification of imaging and medications.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality; attend OSHA/CPR training.
