Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide administrative and clinical support across clinics. The role requires updating EMR, preparing patients for procedures, and coordinating with RNs and providers. Travel to other clinics may be required.

The ideal candidate has an accredited LPN program, a current license, CPR certification, and at least one year of medical/surgical experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Willing to travel to other clinics as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs the provider schedule throughout the day.
• Manages medication/script line and directs to RN/PA/NP or provider when needed.
• Completes required training and OSHA in-services.
• Prepares room and equipment for procedures and assists providers.
• Greet patients, escort to exam rooms, and update EMR with vitals and updates.
• Explain procedures to patients and answer questions within scope of practice.
• Maintain OSHA compliance knowledge and apply policies to daily duties.
• Report adverse medication events to supervising provider.
