Job summary

US Urology Partners is seeking a License Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide administrative and clinical support across clinics. The role requires independent work and teamwork, with a focus on professionalism and patient care.

Responsibilities include directing provider schedules, medication routing, room preparation, patient greeting, and accurate EMR updates. Must have an accredited LPN program, active license, and CPR certification; travel to other clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN Program.
• Current state License.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs provider patient schedule throughout the day.
• Route medication/scripts to RN/PA/NP or provider for clinical assessment.
• Complete OSHA training and in-services annually.
• Prepare room and equipment for procedures and assist providers.
• Greet patients, escort to exam room, and update EMR with vitals and updates.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions within scope of practice.
• Maintain OSHA compliance knowledge and policies.
• Report adverse medication events to supervising provider.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
