Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide administrative and clinical support within our practice. The LPN will manage provider schedules, handle medication and script lines, and route clinical questions to appropriate clinicians.

The role requires an LPN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of medical/surgical experience. Travel to affiliated clinics may be required, with a focus on accuracy in EMR updates and patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN Program.
• Current state License.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of medical/surgical experience preferred.
• Travel to other clinics as needed.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs assigned provider patient schedules throughout the day.
• Manages medication/script line and routes messages to RN/PA/NP or provider as needed.
• Greet patients and escort to the clinical care area.
• Update patient EMR with vital signs, medications, and clinical updates.
• Prepare rooms and equipment for procedures and assist providers.
• Explain procedures and address patient questions within scope of practice.
