Olympus Corporation is seeking a Urology Sales Specialist to operate in the field across New York locations, engaging health care providers in OR, ASC, and office settings. You will partner with Urology Territory Managers and report to the Regional VP while building strong clinical and customer relationships.

The role emphasizes training, product knowledge expansion, and achieving account goals with flexibility to travel within the territory and beyond.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication are required.
• Ability to travel within territory daily and occasional travel outside the region.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA preferred for advancement; 1–3 years sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Call upon customers in hospital, ASC, and office settings.
• Provide training and in-servicing to physicians, OR staff, and personnel.
• Develop and utilize sales presentations to physicians, staff, and others.
• Maintain knowledge of products, competitive landscape, and market needs.
• Travel and manage field relationships to meet goals, with professional conduct in all settings.
• Support pre- and post-sale activities and coordinate with RVP and Territory Manager.
