Job summary

UCHealth Harmony Campus in Fort Collins is seeking a full-time Urgent Care - Occupational Medicine clinician to provide emergent and urgent patient care under the direction of a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or registered nurse.

The role involves coordinating patient flow, observing and preparing patients for visits, performing procedures such as Foley catheter insertion, complex splinting, and venipuncture, and maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• IV proficiency within 6 months.
• CMA, RMA, EMT/EMT-I/Paramedic or LPN licensure required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient flow to optimize throughput and inform delays.
• Observe patients and escalate distress to provider/Nurse.
• Insert Foley catheters, perform complex splinting, and venipuncture.
• Maintain exam rooms and supplies; order as directed.
• Work in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
