UCHealth UCHlth Harmony Campus in Fort Collins seeks a Medical Assistant to provide care under RN or provider supervision and assist with minor procedures. This onsite role requires attention to detail, strong patient communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinic.

Responsibilities include taking patient histories, recording vital signs, assisting with urologic exams and cystoscopies, handling lab duties, and coordinating refills with Physicians and pharmacists.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of a Medical Assistant program from an accredited school.
• Trained in urological procedures.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare-related experience.
• BLS card valid through sixty days after hire.

Aufgaben

• Obtain patient history and vital signs; document care and communicate with RN/Physician.
• Assist with urologic radiographic and ultrasound examinations and cystoscopies.
• Perform UDS studies with Provider present; assist with minor procedures.
• Administer medications and injections per guidelines; send specimens to lab.
