Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group seeks an experienced Practice Manager, Urgent Care Regional to oversee clinical, operational, financial and administrative functions across multiple Urgent Care locations.

In partnership with Physician Leadership and the Program Manager, you will drive practice performance, ensure exceptional patient care, support staff development, and achieve regional operational and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading medical office teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervising non-exempt staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple Urgent Care practices, establishing benchmarks and implementing improvements.
• Partner with Physician Leadership to set goals and CORE work plans.
• Ensure high-quality patient care by monitoring metrics and safety.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train and develop staff.
• Manage scheduling, payroll processes, and staffing models.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Support quality improvement, patient safety and growth initiatives.
