Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Practice Manager to oversee clinical and administrative aspects, including profitability, revenue goals, and CORE metrics. You will ensure quality of care, patient and staff satisfaction, productivity, and access for patients.

The role involves directing operations, leading process improvements, assisting with staff recruitment and development, and maintaining scheduling and audit programs to support equal care access across Southeast

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a medical office or relevant professional setting.
• Experience supervising non-exempt staff (2+ years).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Practice Management Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs internal practice operations; creates benchmarks and reports progress.
• Researches process improvements and implements changes.
• Collaborates with SMD, providers and practice management to develop vision and CORE Work plan.
• Suggests improvements to processes and customer experience.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, orientation, and staff coaching.
• Maintains scheduling, time and attendance for staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and handles promotions/discipline.
• Ensures physician documentation and coding audit program exists.
• Supports quality improvement and disease management initiatives.
