Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Practice Manager to oversee clinical and administrative aspects of the practice(s), including profitability, revenue goals and CORE metrics. Responsible for staff leadership, customer satisfaction, and ensuring adequate access for patients.

You will direct operations, drive process improvements, support recruitment, scheduling and staff development while maintaining quality of care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2+ years' relevant work experience.
• Practice Management Certification or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience supervising non-exempt staff; leadership roles may substitute for direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Directs the internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks and reports progress.
• Researches process improvements/efficiencies and implements changes.
• Collaborates with SMD, providers and practice management to develop vision and direction and manage the CORE Work plan.
• Provides suggestions to continually improve processes and the customer experience.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching of staff.
• Maintains scheduling, time and attendance for staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and recommends promotions/disciplinary action.
• Ensures physician documentation and coding audit program.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
