Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Manager, Regional Operations to lead a portfolio of urgent care centers across the St. Louis region. The role oversees operational, financial, and clinical performance with full P&L ownership and strategic leadership.

The ROM will drive excellence by aligning center performance with goals, coaching large staff teams, and partnering with HR and corporate teams to support growth and efficiency. Travel across centers is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
Valid state driver’s license; ability to travel across a portfolio of 30+ centers within the ST. Louis region.
3+ years of multi-site operations management experience in healthcare, retail healthcare, or urgent care.
Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving financial performance.
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams including clinical and administrative staff.
Masters degree preferred; 5+ years of multi-site operations management experience.

Responsibilities

P&L ownership and financial performance for assigned centers, including budgeting and forecasting.
Oversee center operations and staffing across multiple locations, ensuring policy compliance.
Lead and develop large teams of center staff with coaching and performance management.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR for hiring growth and talent pipelines.
Drive community engagement, partnerships, and brand visibility.
Ensure quality patient care and confidentiality of medical records; manage incidents.
Lead strategic planning and market initiatives; monitor KPI-driven improvements.
Develop and implement policies to standardize operations and regulatory compliance.
