Bon Secours is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Occupational Health and Urgent Care in Boiling Springs. You will be the main contact for patients, handling referrals, registrations, ID/insurance checks, and accurate records.

You will also schedule appointments and explain financial options to patients. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, familiarity with medical billing, and experience with medical office software; associates preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred in healthcare or related field.
• Knowledge of medical billing procedures is a plus.
• Experience with medical office software is required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and community with professional, courteous service.
• Process referrals, patient registration and insurance verification.
• Explain financial options and assist with billing questions.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate medical records.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with care teams as needed.
• Support smooth patient flow and uphold privacy standards.
