Responsibilities

• Greet patients and community with strong customer service.
• Process admission paperwork and basic insurance verification for hospital billing.
• Answer calls in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Inform Supervisor of department or patient issues immediately.
• Coordinate and prioritize bed placement needs for prompt patient care.
