Bon Secours is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Occupational Health and Urgent Care in Boiling Springs. You will serve as the main point of contact for patients and community, handle referrals, patient registration, verify demographics, obtain insurance information, and update records accurately.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with medical billing and ICD-9/CPT knowledge preferred.
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with professional, compassionate service.
• Process paperwork, verify insurance, and maintain patient records.
• Answer internal and external calls courteously.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly to keep operations smooth.
• Maintain patient flow and escalate problems as needed.
