Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience may substitute education.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in patients and visitors with urgency and empathy
• Manage high‑volume check‑ins, registrations, and patient flow
• Accurately verify insurance, demographics, and required documentation
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure patients are seen efficiently
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling when needed
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments appropriately
