Job summary

NextCare is seeking a full-time clinician to join our Chandler, AZ urgent care team. The role offers 12-hour shifts with weekend requirements and a schedule designed for work‑life balance, including no after-hours tasks.

Compensation ranges from $60 to $80 per hour plus a monthly bonus, with a full-benefits package. You will work in a fast-paced, well-supported environment with experienced clinical teams, clear practice guidelines, and leadership mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP or PA.
• 1) Board certification or eligibility as applicable (Family Medicine).
• Active DEA license.
• 2) Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• Active BLS certification.
• 3) EHR proficiency and willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays.
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain (fees covered).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Document care in the EHR and ensure accurate coding and billing.
• Maintain productivity aligned with urgent care benchmarks.
