NextCare is seeking aFull-Time clinician for our Phoenix urgent care in West Valley. The role offers three 12-hour shifts per week with clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.

Compensation ranges from $60 to $80 per hour, with a bonus, and a full-benefits package is provided. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, autonomy, and community impact while delivering high-quality urgent care in a fast‑paced, well‑supported environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP or PA.
• Board certification or eligibility, as applicable.
• NCCPA certification or ANCC/AANP certification (FNP).
• Active DEA license.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• Active BLS certification.
• EHR proficiency.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in urgent care.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound care.
• Communicate diagnoses and discharge instructions clearly.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR.
• Code and bill services appropriately.
• Maintain productivity aligned with urgent care benchmarks.
• Practice in line with NextCare standards and values.
