NextCare in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Full‑Time clinician for our fast‑paced urgent care network. The role offers three 12‑hour shifts per week, with no after‑hours tasks and a strong focus on work‑life balance.

You’ll diagnose and treat patients of all ages, perform urgent care procedures, and collaborate with experienced clinical teams while following NextCare guidelines and maintaining high‑quality care across a broad patient population.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted AZ license for NP/PA.
• Board certification or eligibility: PA NCCPA; NP ANCC or AANP (FNP).
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Active BLS certification.
• EHR proficiency.
• DOT certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Document care accurately in the EHR and code/bill services.
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks.
• Practice in alignment with NextCare standards and values.
