Job summary

NextCare is seeking a Full‑Time clinician to join our West Valley team in a fast‑paced urgent care setting. Enjoy variety, autonomy, and meaningful community impact with supportive clinical leadership and clear practice guidelines.

Qualifications

• AZ NP/PA license required or in process.
• Board certification or eligibility for NP/PA.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages in an urgent care setting.
• Manage acute illnesses, injuries, and occupational health visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including labs and imaging.
• Perform urgent care procedures such as suturing and wound management.
• Communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions clearly.
• Document patient care accurately in the EHR and code/bill services.
• Maintain productivity aligned with urgent care benchmarks.
• Practice in line with NextCare clinical standards and values.
