NextCare Urgent Care is hiring a Medical Assistant / Medical Front Office in Dallas, TX. In this full-time role you will support both clinical and front desk operations in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

You will assist providers with exams, take vitals, manage medications per policy, perform blood draws and urine tests, and ensure smooth patient flow. Proficiency in EMR/EHR and strong patient service are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed an approved Medical Assistant training program.
• National MA certification or eligibility (CMA/CCMA/RMA).

Responsabilidades

• Assist providers with exams and procedures, including vitals.
• Administer medications per policy and safety protocols.
• Perform blood draws and urine collection for testing.
• Support front office tasks and patient flow in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in EMR/EHR and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure lab and specimen processing aligns with policies.
