Job summary

NextCare is seeking an energetic Medical Front Office Receptionist for our Scottsdale clinic. You will be the first point of contact, greet patients, handle registrations, verify insurance data, and support front office workflows in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of front office experience in a medical environment, strong multi-tasking and customer service skills, and proficiency with EMR systems and Windows-based software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of registration/front-office experience in a physician's office, hospital ED or urgent care.
• Typing and computer proficiency in Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Obtain personal and insurance data and input into EMR.
• Monitor patient flow and room assignments.
• Complete insurance forms for registration and proper reimbursement.
• Prepare daily deposits and statistical information.
• Maintain front office supplies and equipment functionality.
• Answer phones with quality customer service.
• Educate patients on services offered by NextCare.
