NextCare is seeking an energetic Medical Front Office Receptionist to join our urgent care clinic. You will be the first point of contact, handling patient information, scheduling appointments and guiding patients through the check-in process with a focus on accuracy and friendliness.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced team setting, support billing and verification, and educate patients about services offered. A high school diploma and customer service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent is highly desired.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle patients with care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patients in the clinic.
• Input patient data and insurance information into the EMR system.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage wait times.
