Job summary

NextCare Urgent Care seeks an energetic Medical Assistant for our Arizona clinic. You'll support providers with exams, take vitals, manage specimens, and assist with front-office duties in a fast-paced setting. Strong EMR/EHR skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and approved MA training program.
• National MA certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA) or eligible via accredited program.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with exams and patient vitals under supervision.
• Administer medications per policy and safety protocols.
• Perform blood draws and collect specimens as directed.
• Support front office and manage patient flow and documentation.
• Maintain EMR/EHR accuracy and ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct ancillary tests and assist with basic procedures.
