Responsibilities

• Obtain personal and insurance data from the patient and input into EMR.
• Monitors patient flow and assigns rooms as needed.
• Completes insurance forms for registration to ensure proper reimbursement.
• Prepares daily deposits, reconciliations, and daily statistics.
• Ensures front office supplies are stocked and equipment functioning.
• Answers calls with quality customer service.
• Maintains patient waiting area and restrooms to reflect a positive image.
• Manages appointments scheduled via NextCare website.
• Notifies back office promptly of urgent medical concerns.
• Educates patients on NextCare services for current or future visits.
• Notifies Clinic Manager of any safety concerns.
• Maintains policies, safety, and infection control standards.
• Participates in education programs and meetings.
• Participates in orientation and training of new hires.
• Performs other duties as assigned or to support back office.
