Job summary

Overlake Clinic in Redmond is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Urgent Care Clinic team. The RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care and ensures compliance with standards of care and practice.

You will collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Associate Medical Director to develop clinic protocols, policies and procedures, and educate patients and families on health education, disease prevention and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of recent clinical experience in ambulatory setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Manager and Associate Medical Director to develop and maintain clinic protocols, policies and procedures.
• Provide direction to the non-physician clinical team and educate patients and families on health education and chronic disease management.
