Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Patient Services Representative to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer and front office services to patients and coordinate communications among staff, patients, and providers about the check-in process.

You will collect records and ensure distribution to appropriate staff via the Epic EMR system, and perform clerical, scheduling, and records activities to support patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Front desk/medical office experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication, stress management, and teamwork.
• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient keyboard/computer skills.
