Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Driver’s License and access to transportation.
• Five years of experience in a private practice and/or clinical office setting.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with ICD9 and CPT coding.
• Experience with basic accounting principles.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manages the staff and business operations of physician and/or clinical practices.
• Provides general supervision of the daily work of all associates, resolving problems and providing direction.
• Reviews monthly revenue and patient activity reports and presents to physicians.
• Contributes to strategic decisions and budget coordination; resolves escalated issues.
• Develops and implements clinic policies and procedures in line with organizational guidelines.
• Reviews metrics including QI, Safety, Infection Control, Exposure control, and Risk Management.
