Qualifications

• Five years in private practice or clinical office setting.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with standard desktop productivity suites and medical coding

Responsibilities

• Direct staff and oversee physician practice operations.
• Maintain daily clinic operations within budgeted expenses.
• Review monthly revenue and patient activity reports for physicians.
• Provide input on strategic decisions and budget coordination.
• Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures.
• Review metrics for quality, safety, infection control, and risk management.
