Qualifications

• Nursing degree and active RN license required.
• Progressive supervisory/management experience in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, staffing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains an environment of safety for patients, self and others.
• Provides supervision and direction for administrative and clinical employees; plans staffing and training.
• Leads budgetary planning, implementation, monitoring and financial reporting.
• Establishes clear communications and builds positive relationships with patients, physicians, staff and leadership.
• Develops and implements efficient systems to ensure patient service and financial viability.
• Ensures proper ordering, receiving and utilization of supplies and medications.
• Identifies staff educational needs and ensures safety procedures and drills.
• Develops and administers policies aligned with the organization.
• Coordinates performance improvement activities and ensures OSHA, infection control and safety standards.
• Evaluates patient and staff satisfaction and implements improvement programs.
• Oversees three urgent care locations and 10+ providers with staffing and operational accountability.
