Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare management experience in urgent care, outpatient, or ambulatory care.
• Proven leadership capable of coaching, inspiring, and retaining high-performing teams.
• EMR experience and budgeting knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor non-provider staff to ensure service, accountability, and operational excellence.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations including patient flow and scheduling accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs such as wait times, patient satisfaction, staff turnover, and budget adherence.
• Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance and adherence to internal protocols.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and performance management.
• Communicate performance data to leadership and drive improvement plans.
• Provide floor-support during peak hours.
