ExperCare Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine is seeking a Clinic Director to lead site operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and a collaborative team environment. You will integrate people, processes, and technology to enhance efficiency, financial performance, and patient experience.

The role requires directing care initiatives, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant higher-level education and experience in a healthcare setting.
• Management, operations, and leadership experience within healthcare, preferably urgent care.
• Strong financial understanding, budgeting, P&L, and cash flow analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with healthcare technology systems and electronic health records.

Responsabilités

• Provide inspirational leadership to a clinical and front desk team and mentor staff.
• Direct patient care initiatives and ensure a compassionate patient experience.
• Oversee clinic operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and staffing balance.
• Maintain supply inventory, budget adherence, and efficient resource use.
• Monitor revenue, performance metrics and inform decision making.
• Develop process improvements to enhance operations and patient flow.
• Build relationships with community partners to enhance visibility and reputation.
