Job summary

Mach10 Solutions in Milwaukee seeks a Reliability Maintenance Coordinator to optimize equipment performance, streamline maintenance workflows, and manage CMMS data to minimize downtime.

You will schedule PM/PdM, support root cause analysis with engineering, oversee spare parts inventory, and track KPIs to drive cost reductions and reliability improvements. This role requires collaboration across functions in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance planning, reliability, or maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on equipment reliability.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Schedule PM/PdM activities, repairs, and shutdown projects to optimize labor utilization and readiness.
• Maintain high-integrity CMMS data including BOMs, job plans, and work order histories.
• Prioritize maintenance backlog based on safety, production impact, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering to conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.
• Develop and manage critical spare parts inventory to mitigate supply risks.
• Perform field verifications to ensure maintenance procedures reflect current equipment conditions.
• Generate and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
