Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage critical spare parts inventory to mitigate supply risks.
• Perform field verifications to ensure maintenance procedures reflect current equipment conditions.

• Orchestrate the scheduling of PM/PdM activities, repairs, and shutdown projects to ensure optimal labor utilization and work readiness.
• Maintain high-integrity data within the CMMS, including equipment BOMs, job plans, and detailed work order histories to support reliability analysis.
• Prioritize the maintenance backlog based on safety, production impact, and cost-efficiency to ensure critical tasks are addressed promptly.
• Partner with engineering teams to conduct root cause analysis on recurring equipment failures and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Develop and manage critical spare parts inventory to mitigate supply risks and support continuous production availability.
• Perform field verifications to ensure that maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and technical documentation accurately reflect current equipment conditions.
• Generate and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
