Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure safe, reliable operation of a highly technical industrial facility. You will plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance activities, coordinating with maintenance, operations, engineering, and site leadership to maximize equipment availability and asset reliability.

Responsibilities include developing and managing maintenance plans, outage activities, and reliability initiatives using PeopleSoft CMMS, while collaborating with storeroom,

Qualifications

• Three or more years in maintenance planning, coordination, reliability support, or related roles.
• Experience supporting plant outages, shutdowns, turnarounds, or major maintenance projects.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMMS for work order management and asset reliability tracking.
• Familiarity with ERP/CMMS platforms such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Maximo, Oracle, or Infor.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and optimize maintenance work orders using the CMMS.
• Prioritize activities based on equipment criticality and production needs.
• Coordinate maintenance technicians, contractors, and materials for planned work.
• Develop outage plans, budgets, and resource requirements for major maintenance.
• Analyze maintenance data and equipment history to drive reliability improvements.
